Interview with Glenn Brinnegar, owner
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I have always had an interests in fixing and solving computer issues, so it’s fun for me. Everybody I knew told me to do this as a business, so I did.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We can repair and fix anything. Sometimes it takes a few days to get specific parts delivered- – and sometimes we can repair same day. I can repair or rebuild anything high-tech related.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: The variations and the degree of problems in something and then ultimately getting it figured out an fixed. Always a challenge to look forward to.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: Probably trying to get everything done on time, so the customer has a great experience. ”
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: We also have a division of our business called Leader Tech Services, which essentially can design, prototype and manufacture a new product or a part that can be used in your business or invention. Our capability to do that is really fascinating to me and to our customers.
